Why is it that wine tastes so good? These are Cabernet Grapes grown on the Michel-Schlumberger vineyard in the Dry Creek region of Sonoma. In August a group of six of us went there for a couple of days of winery tours, great eats and some golf at Cypress Point Club. Certainly a trip I won't soon forget as the wine tasting was fantastic, the food terrific and the golf,...well the golf game, mine specifically could always be better, but the view was un-real. I was trying to think of a word to describe the wine,....(without reading the back of the label) You know,..hints of currant and blackberries with a slow aftertaste of black licorice and hint of something-something. I think the best way that I might categorize this particular 1998 Cab-Reserve is,... Y U M.--Tim
