Heading to the pumpkin patch always reminds me of the, "Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin" television special. Little bodies running through the pumpkin patch in search of the ONE, singular, bestest, (not really a word but I reallllly like it) gourd of all orange gourds, king of all vegetables. This years' trip seems to get filed away under just such an event. About the only thing it lacked was Snoopy flying his doghouse in a dogfight with someone,...Autumn is really my favorite time of year. It is crisp, often sunny around here and the leaves always turn such a beautiful color. Who ever decided that we should go to some other person's garden, pick the biggest orange ball of organic matter that we can find, pay for it and then open it, carve some ugly face in and set it on our respective front porches to rot,.... I don't get it. Still,...it is one of my favorite times of the year,....(Autumn that is,..not necessarily Halloween,...) --Tim

Your kids are getting so BIG and GROWN UP! I still remember teaching Granty in the parent teacher class and Laurens 6th Birthday. Where does time go? Anyway, they're adorable! I miss seeing you guys on a regular basis. We'll have to come over so Gav can destroy your house but at least I can see the kids!
Cute pics - it's about time!!! I've been eagerly awaiting more Irey life... : ) We sure miss you and the pumpkin patch too.
